The Andreani Misano Evo 2 cartridge kit is a high-performance suspension upgrade designed for the Honda CB 750 Hornet 2023-2025, utilizing the Showa 41 fork. Manufactured in Italy, this fully adjustable kit allows for independent compression adjustment in one fork leg and rebound adjustment in the other, complemented by an adjustable spring preload. It features 20mm diameter pistons with increased oil transfers and a sophisticated hydraulic system engineered by the Andreani Group to deliver exceptional performance during cornering and braking. The cartridge tubes are treated with black DLC for enhanced durability. Customization is key with this kit, as it is supplied complete with springs tailored to the rider's specific weight and preferred riding style (e.g., Street, Two-up riding, Trackday, Road Race, Enduro, Trail). This ensures optimal performance and feel for individual needs. Proper assembly is crucial for safety and requires the intervention of an expert technician. Andreani recommends consulting their network of centers for installation. Additional items required for installation include an installation tooling package (cartridge rod tool, U-tool to hold spring, spring compressor tool), fresh SKF fork seals if the forks are not new, and Ohlin's 1309 Fork Oil for each leg. Professional installation services are also available for an additional cost.
