Mishimoto 07-09 Nissan 350Z PCV-Side Catch Can Kit

The VQ35HR engine, while built for performance, can produce significant blow-by as it ages, leading to oil making its way back into the intake system and cylinders. This increases the risk of detonation. The Mishimoto baffled oil catch can system for the 2007-2009 Nissan 350Z and applicable Infiniti models addresses this by utilizing two 6061-aluminum catch cans that mount in line with the VQ35HR's PCV and CCV systems. This setup protects the intake system and essential engine components from oil blow-by, helping to maintain proper octane levels and reduce detonation risk. The kit includes direct-fit, chemical-resistant lines, CNC-machined aluminum fittings, and sturdy 3mm-thick steel brackets for secure mounting. Inside the cans, air diverters and a baffle, along with a 50-micron bronze filter, condense oil, fuel, and water, cleaning crankcase gases before they return to the intake. The filters and cans are fully serviceable.
