Overview
Constructed with a 100% brazed aluminum core and TIG-welded end tanks, this radiator replaces the factory plastic-tank unit. It features internally strutted tubes for increased strength and strengthened core support plates to prevent torquing and bending under load. The design includes dual-molded aluminum/rubber mounting pegs to reduce torque transfer and a magnetic drain plug to capture debris.

The 2008-2010 6.4L Ford Powerstroke is plagued with radiator and cooling issues with no effective solution availableuntil now. Upgrade your truck with the Mishimoto 6.4L Powerstroke aluminum radiator to put an end to puddles of coolant under your truck. Mishimoto radiators are constructed from high-quality aircraft-grade aluminum with a 100-percent brazed aluminum core. Our 6.4L radiator features strong TIG-welded aluminum end tanks for superior durability and longevity that will keep your Powerstroke on the road and out of the shop. The Mishimoto performance radiator retains factory fitment for an easy installation process and includes a magnetic drain plug to catch any debris in your cooling system. As with all our products, this radiator is protected by the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty.
