The Mishimoto Low-Temperature Thermostat is a primary cooling system replacement designed for the Ford 6.7L Powerstroke engine, model years 2011 and newer. This thermostat features a lower activation temperature of 189°F compared to the OEM's 194°F. This allows coolant to circulate earlier, helping to maintain lower engine temperatures. It is particularly beneficial for vehicles operating in warm climates or under demanding towing or driving conditions.
