Mishimoto 2016+ Polaris RZR XP Turbo Performance Intercooler

This intercooler is designed for the Polaris RZR XP Turbo, which uses a factory air-to-water intercooler system. The OEM intercooler uses a plate-and-fin design, which is prone to leaks due to the demands of off-road use. Mishimoto's design improves upon this by using a more durable bar-and-plate core construction and billet aluminum end tanks that are TIG-welded to the core, retaining the dual-pass fluid path for effective heat transfer and better resistance to heat soak. The intercooler slots directly into the vehicle's intake manifold. It is a direct fit for the 2016+ Polaris RZR XP Turbo and features billet-aluminum CNC-machined end and top plates. It is compatible with stock coolant hoses without modifications and reuses the factory gasket with some modifications.
