This snorkel is manufactured from high-grade UV-resistant polyethylene using computer-generated measurements and an advanced roto-molding process. This manufacturing process results in a snorkel assembly that offers optimum durability and resistance to deterioration as well as a smooth, turbulence-free inner structure. Conversely, the assembly’s inlet screen and mounting brackets are constructed from rigid steel. Installing this assembly is a fairly no-nonsense procedure as it’s designed to connect with your stock air intake using standard hand tools. That said, you will need to cut out a portion of your hood to properly fit the snorkel.
