Mk3 Focus Diesel / Kuga TDCi Intercooler

The AIRTEC Motorsport Intercooler is an upgrade designed for the Mk3 Focus diesel, including the ST-D models, and the Ford Kuga TDCi from 2012 to 2018. It features a deeper core and high-flow cast end tanks for increased surface area, efficiency, and volume compared to the standard intercooler. This intercooler is a direct replacement for the OEM setup, offering a freer flow without requiring trimming or cutting of the bumper.

The package includes a comprehensive fitting kit with all necessary fixtures and fittings, along with step-by-step instructions. It is available in a Pro-Series Black finish, with or without the AIRTEC logo. Dimensions are 936mm width, 160mm height, and 70mm depth, with a capacity of 10.5 litres. It is manufactured in the UK and comes with a 3-year unlimited mileage warranty.
