Description

The Techtonics Tuning Mk4 Jetta 2.5″ Aluminized Exhaust is a cat-back system engineered for 1999-2004 Mk4 Jettas equipped with VR6, 1.8t, or 1.9 TDI engines. This exhaust system is constructed from mandrel-bent aluminized tubing for durability and corrosion resistance. It comes complete with all required clamps and mounting brackets for a straightforward installation. The system offers customizable options including muffler choice (Magnaflow, Borla, or muffler delete) and resonator presence (with or without resonator). Additionally, there are options for the tailpipe configuration: hidden, visible with a rear valance cutout, or visible without a cutout. The exhaust is available in either a 55mm diameter, designed to fit standard catalytic converters, or a larger 2.5″ diameter. This exhaust system is confirmed to fit both Sedan and Wagon body styles of the Mk4 Jetta. Users can select their preferred configuration during purchase to tailor the exhaust note and appearance to their liking.
