The CTS Turbo MK5 FSI Catch Can Kit is a billet aluminum catch can solution designed for the MK5 GTI and Jetta GLI with 2.0 TFSI motors. It features a billet oil-level dipstick and -10 AN Black-Series braided hoses. This kit is made specifically for use with the CTS Billet Valve Cover (CTS-HW-250) and is not compatible with the factory valve cover. All installation hardware is included for a complete bolt-on installation.

The CTS Turbo MK5 FSI Catch Can Kit provides a dedicated solution for preventing oil vapors from entering the intake manifold and clogging intake valves on direct-injection 2.0 TFSI motors. This kit is engineered to be used exclusively with the CTS Billet Valve Cover (CTS-HW-250) and is not compatible with the factory valve cover. Constructed from billet aluminum, the catch can includes a billet oil-level dipstick for easy monitoring. The kit comes complete with -10 AN Black-Series braided hoses, a model-specific oil catch can mounting bracket, a modular intake manifold plug, an engine breather adapter, and a turbo inlet breather adapter. All necessary installation hardware is included, allowing for a straightforward bolt-on installation without the need for drilling or modification. This catch can is designed for the 2006-2008 MK5 Volkswagen GTI and 2006-2008 MK5 Volkswagen Jetta GLI with the 2.0T FSI engine. It is important to note that this kit is not compatible with the factory noise pipe; a noise pipe delete kit must be purchased separately if your vehicle is equipped with one. Additionally, during winter months, users must be mindful that the liquid inside the catch can may freeze and potentially cause engine damage. Extra attention should be paid to the liquid level, or the catch can may need to be removed during periods of sub-freezing temperatures.
