MK5 GTI 3" Turbo-Back Exhaust System

The CTS Turbo MK5 GTI 3" turbo-back exhaust system is meticulously crafted for performance enthusiasts. Hand TIG welded from premium 3" T304 seamless stainless steel, this system is built to withstand both street use and demanding driving conditions. Its 3-inch diameter is specifically engineered to overcome the limitations of smaller 2.5"/2.75" exhausts, allowing for a less restricted flow of exhaust gases from the turbo and wastegate. The increased piping diameter facilitates quicker expulsion of exhaust gases, resulting in improved power and torque across the entire RPM range. The system includes CNC mandrel-bent stainless steel piping, water jet cut flanges, polished stainless steel tubing, and adjustable 3" exhaust tips for a clean, custom finish. It also features an aggressive sound during hard driving that remains subtle when cruising. Installation of this exhaust system requires Stage 2 software to prevent a check engine light.
