The CTS Turbo Outlet Pipe is a performance upgrade designed to replace the restrictive factory "pancake" pipe on MK6 2.0T TSI Gen1/Gen3 vehicles. It is engineered to fit CTS MK6 TSI K04 kits, TSI Gen1 BOSS Kits, or Gen3 TSI BOSS Kits, and features a 2.25" mandrel-bent tube for maximum flow. The pipe has a black powder-coated finish and a CNC-machined mating flange.

The CTS Turbo Outlet Pipe is a high-flowing replacement for the narrow "pancake" pipe found on factory turbochargers in MK6 2.0T TSI Gen1/Gen3 vehicles. Designed specifically to complement CTS MK6 TSI K04 kits, TSI Gen1 BOSS Kits, and Gen3 TSI BOSS Kits, this outlet pipe is engineered to maximize airflow and complete your turbocharger upgrade. It features a 2.25-inch mandrel-bent tube for uninterrupted flow, a CNC-machined FMIC mating flange for a precise connection, and a durable black powder-coated finish. Laser-cut mounting brackets ensure secure installation. This part is compatible with CTS K04 or K04 Hybrid TSI turbos (CTS-TR-1050 and CTS-TR-1050X), the CTS Gen1 TSI BOSS Kit (CTS-EA888.1-BOSS), and the CTS Gen3 TSI BOSS Kit (CTS-TR-2000). Fitment includes GEN1 (EA888.1) applications with an upgraded turbo, such as the 2009 MK5 VW GTI, 2009-2010 MK5 VW Jetta, 2010-2013 MK6 VW GTI, 2012-2013 MK6 VW Jetta GLI, 2009-2016 VW EOS, 2009-2013 Passat CC TSI, 2010-2013 VW Beetle TSI, 2008-2017 VW Scirocco TSI, and 2009-2013 Audi A3 TSI. GEN3 (EA888.3 non-MQB) fitment with an upgraded turbo includes the 2013.5-2019 VW Jetta GLI. Please note: This outlet pipe is not compatible with factory turbochargers. While designed for the CTS Turbo MK6 TSI K04 kit, fitment with other K04 kits is not guaranteed.
