Description

The ARM MK6 Competition Front Mount Intercooler is a true front-mount intercooler designed for high-horsepower MK6 builds. It features a bar and plate core with ultra-dense fin packs for maximum cooling efficiency, measuring 23.5" x 7.5" x 4.5" for a total volume of 793 cubic inches. The kit includes 6-layer reinforced silicone piping tested to 60psi and CNC machined mounting brackets for secure installation.

This intercooler is designed for big turbo applications, with a minimum recommended turbo upgrade of a K04. It positions the intercooler behind the lower grille for optimal airflow and doesn't require radiator removal for installation, making it easier than OEM-location upgrades. The kit also includes a CNC machined adapter for the turbo outlet pipe.
