MK6 EA113/EA888.1 FMIC Kit

The CTS Turbo MK6 EA113/EA888.1 FMIC Kit is a direct replacement for the OEM front-mounted intercooler designed for enhanced cooling efficiency. It features increased core volume and optimized placement to mitigate heat soak and lower charged air temperatures. The kit uses a bar and plate intercooler core for superior heat dissipation and durability. Cast aluminum end tanks facilitate efficient airflow, and the design allows for installation without any trimming of the bumper.

This intercooler core is rated for power levels in excess of 600HP and is constructed with a high-density bar and plate core capable of handling up to 450HP. The design maintains factory mounting points and results in significant reductions in intake air temperature, leading to increased horsepower and torque throughout the powerband.
