MK6 Gen 3 Jetta 3-Inch Turbo-Back Exhaust System

The CTS Turbo turbo-back exhaust system is designed to enhance the performance of the MK6 Gen 3 Jetta platform, including the 1.8TSI and 2.0T GLI models. This system is hand TIG-welded using premium T304 stainless steel, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion. Its true 3-inch diameter piping is engineered to eliminate restrictions found in smaller exhaust systems, which can choke peak power. The larger diameter allows for increased exhaust gas flow from the turbo and wastegate with reduced turbulence, leading to more power and torque across the entire RPM range. It features CNC-cut V-Band flanges and CNC mandrel-bent stainless steel piping for precise fitment and optimal flow. The system also includes polished stainless steel tubing and adjustable 3-inch exhaust tips. Installation hardware and stainless steel clamps are provided. It is crucial to note that Stage 2 software is required for proper operation and to avoid a check engine light (CEL) on 2014+ Jetta 1.8TSI and Jetta GLI 2.0T models with a v-band downpipe. Without the appropriate tuning, a CEL will occur.
