The CTS Turbo catch can kit is a premier solution for the MK6 Gen 3 Jetta GLI and Gen 3 Jetta 1.8TSI. It prevents oil vapors from entering the intake manifold and clogging direct-injection motors. This helps maintain performance and prevent bad fuel mileage caused by oil deposits.

The kit includes a billet aluminum valve cover breather, a billet aluminum catch can with a dipstick, braided hoses, and mounting hardware. All installation hardware is included.

The CTS Turbo Gen 3 Catch Can Kit is engineered to prevent oil vapors from entering the intake manifold, a common issue with direct-injection motors that can lead to reduced performance and poor fuel economy. By capturing these vapors, the kit helps keep your MK6 Gen 3 Jetta's intake valves and manifold clean, ensuring smoother operation and peace of mind. The kit also features a billet aluminum catch can equipped with a billet oil-level dipstick, -10 AN Black-Series braided hoses, an oil catch can mounting bracket, and stainless hardware, including a Hose-Wrangler clamp. All necessary installation hardware is provided; the factory PCV gasket must be reused. This catch can is designed specifically for the 2013.5+ MK6 Gen 3 Jetta GLI 2.0T (with Black Engine Cover), 2013.5+ MK6 Gen 3 Jetta 1.8TSI (with Black Engine Cover), and 2013.5+ MK6 Gen 3 Beetle TSI (with Black Engine Cover). It is not compatible with aftermarket or upgraded engine mounts. Additionally, a note of caution is provided regarding potential freezing of the catch can's liquid contents during sub-freezing winter temperatures, which could cause engine damage; users are advised to monitor the liquid level closely or consider removing the catch can during these periods. Installation requires checking the engine mount bolt to ensure it has a stud for mounting the catch can. If a flat bolt is present, a specific double-ended stud (N91029602) must be purchased separately.
