MK6 Golf R 3" Turbo-Back Exhaust System

The CTS Turbo MK6 Golf R 3″ turbo-back exhaust system is engineered for both street use and high-performance applications. Crafted by enthusiasts for enthusiasts, this system aims to enhance the breathing capabilities of your vehicle's turbocharger, leading to increased horsepower and torque. It's constructed entirely from T304 stainless steel, hand TIG welded for durability, and features a true 3-inch diameter piping to minimize exhaust flow restrictions. The design focuses on eliminating the factory downpipe's limitations, promoting faster turbo spool-up and greater peak power gains. The larger 3-inch piping diameter allows for more efficient expulsion of exhaust gases and wastegate flow, contributing to a broader powerband. The system includes water jet cut flanges, CNC mandrel-bent piping, and polished stainless steel tubing, complemented by adjustable 4-inch exhaust tips for a customizable look. Installation of this turbo-back exhaust system will require Stage 2 software to prevent a check engine light from illuminating. The product is sold for competition use and is not legal for use in highway or street vehicles.
