MK8 Throttle Pipe

The CTS Turbo MK8 Throttle Pipe is engineered to replace restrictive OEM charge piping in EVO AWD model range vehicles, offering a significant upgrade in airflow and performance. The original charge pipes are known for inefficient bends and blockages that hinder optimal performance. This CTS Turbo throttle pipe addresses these limitations by increasing the entire diameter to 2.5 inches, facilitating greater flow and ultimately leading to increased efficiency, horsepower, and torque across the entire power band. Constructed from robust, mandrel-bent aluminum tubing with a durable black powder coating, this throttle pipe is built to last. A notable feature is the integrated 1/8" NPT water methanol bung, complete with a plug, which simplifies the installation of water-methanol injection systems for further performance gains. This high-flow throttle pipe kit is specifically designed for the following applications: the VW MK8 Golf R (2021-current) and the Audi 8Y S3 (2021-current), both equipped with the 2.0T engine. The kit aims to provide an aggressive, race-inspired sound in addition to performance improvements.
