The ModernMuscleXtreme (MMX) MMP-80MM-36PTB is a performance-enhancing, ported throttle body specifically engineered for the 3.6L V6 Pentastar engine. Through a proprietary CNC machining process, this unit expands the stock 74mm throttle body to an 80mm opening before and after the blade, optimizing airflow. This precision porting is designed to deliver noticeable performance gains, including an estimated 10 horsepower increase over stock, along with improved acceleration. Importantly, the manufacturer states that no tuning is required for installation and operation, simplifying the upgrade process. The throttle body measures 6x6x8 inches and weighs 3.00 lbs.
