It features a formulation combining a highly stable synthetic base fluid with a unique chemical additive package, which delivers outstanding thermal and oxidative stability. This composition effectively resists deterioration and deposit formation in both liquid and vapor phases, while also providing excellent resistance to foaming. This lubricant is designed for use in aircraft gas turbine engines utilized in commercial and military service that require MIL-PRF-23699-STD level performance. It is also recommended for aircraft-type gas turbine engines operating in industrial or marine service applications. Key features of Mobil Jet Oil II include excellent thermal and oxidation stability, superior wear and corrosion protection, and the ability to retain viscosity and film strength across a wide temperature range. It is chemically stable with a low pour point. The operating temperature range for this oil is between -40ºC (-40 ºF) and 204 ºC (400ºF).
