The Mobilgrease XHP 220 greases are extended service lithium complex greases engineered to excel in a wide array of applications and demanding operating conditions. Utilizing cutting-edge, proprietary lithium complex manufacturing technology, these greases are formulated to surpass conventional products. They deliver outstanding high-temperature performance, characterized by superb adhesion, structural integrity, and robust resistance to water contamination. These greases maintain a high degree of chemical stability, ensuring excellent protection against rust and corrosion. Featuring high dropping points, they have a maximum recommended operating temperature of 140º C (284°F). Available in NLGI grades 00, 0, 1, 2, and 3, with an ISO VG 220 base oil viscosity, the Mobilgrease XHP 220 series is suitable for industrial, automotive, construction, and marine sectors. Their performance attributes make them ideal for environments with high temperatures, water exposure, shock loading, and extended re-lubrication intervals. The Mobilgrease XHP 222 Special variant is an extreme pressure grease specifically fortified with 0.75% molybdenum disulfide. This additive provides enhanced protection against wear, particularly under conditions involving pivoting and other scenarios that risk oil film breakdown.
