The Mobil Mobilcut 100 is a water-miscible metal removal fluid designed for a variety of metalworking processes. This conventional milky soluble oil readily mixes with water to form stable emulsions.

The Mobil Mobilcut 100 is a high-performance, water-miscible metal removal fluid from Mobil Industrial Lubricants' line. Formulated with advanced base oils, additives, and emulsifiers, this non-chlorinated fluid provides dependable performance across numerous metal removal processes. Mobilcut 100 is versatile, making it suitable for a broad spectrum of metal cutting and grinding operations on both ferrous and non-ferrous materials, particularly where economical performance is a key consideration. It ensures excellent emulsion stability and offers long-term corrosion protection for both the workpiece and the machine tool. Key features of Mobilcut 100 include its ability to form stable emulsions and solutions, long-term inherent stability, low foaming potential, and resistance to sticky residue formation. It provides a high degree of corrosion protection and good separability from fines. The fluid is compatible with high-performance Mobil Vactra Oil No slideway lubricants and has a neutral odor.
