The Mobilith SHC 100 grease is a superior performance lubricant engineered for diverse applications, particularly those involving extreme temperatures. It features proprietary synthetic base oils chosen for their exceptional thermal/oxidative resistance, combined with a state-of-the-art lithium complex thickener. This formulation ensures outstanding structural stability, adhesion, and resistance to water, making it suitable for harsh aqueous environments. This NLGI 2 Grade / ISO VG 100 grease provides excellent protection against wear, rust, and corrosion, leading to reduced downtime and maintenance costs. Its thermal stability and oxidation resistance contribute to extended service life and longer relubrication intervals. The low traction coefficient of the synthetic base fluid offers the potential for improved mechanical life and reduced energy consumption. The Mobilith SHC 100 is specifically recommended for higher speed applications such as electric motors, where reduced friction, low wear, and long service life are critical. It boasts a wide operating temperature range, providing excellent protection at high temperatures, low torque operation, and easy start-up in low temperatures. The product has also met or exceeded requirements for DIN 51825:2004-06 - KP HC 2 N -40 and holds AAR-M942 and CEN EN 12081:2017 approvals.
