MODEL 20 ACTUATOR | BLT-ON LUNETTE

This Dexter Trailer Axle Beam features 3.5" diameter x 1/4" wall, round tubing, and a standard black paint finish. It is designed for use with electric or hydraulic brakes (12" x 3 3/8" electric) and hubs/drums with an 8-6.5" bolt pattern (9/16" or 5/8" stud size compatible). It uses 25580 inner and 02475 outer bearings and Type 42 spindles with an inner journal dimension of 1 3/4" and an outer journal dimension of 1 1/4". The axle includes a four-hole brake flange and is a straight, non-cambered axle. Springs, hangers, and u-bolts are sold separately. Maximum overhang is 19" and minimum overhang is 16", defined as the difference between the spring center and hub face. Exceeding maximum overhang reduces axle capacity; minimum overhang depends on zero offset wheels, physical clearances, suspension type, and wheel/tire combination.
