The Godspeed Project Mono MAXX coilover kit is a streetable, race-inspired suspension system designed for the 1988-1991 Honda Civic. It features a monotube damper with a 52mm carbon seamless steel body and a 44mm internal piston to provide consistent response.

Equipped with 40 levels of damping adjustability, this kit allows you to fine-tune your vehicle's handling to your preferred setting. The system includes high-strength SAE9252 steel springs for a balance of performance and ride comfort.

The Godspeed Project Mono MAXX coilover kit is a premier, single-adjustable suspension upgrade engineered for the 1988-1991 Honda Civic. Note that 1988 models require a rear lower control arm (LCA) swap for proper compatibility. These coilovers utilize a high-performance monotube damper design, featuring a 52mm carbon seamless steel shock body paired with a 44mm internal piston to ensure maximum responsiveness and durability on or off the track. To accommodate a wide range of driving styles, the Mono MAXX system offers 40 levels of damping adjustability and independent ride height and spring preload adjustments. The cold-bent springs are constructed from high-strength SAE9252 steel, providing 12 kg/mm (672 lbs/in) rates at the front and 10 kg/mm (560 lbs/in) at the rear. The assembly utilizes high-viscosity Italian IP F.A. shock oil to maintain consistent damper performance across varying operating temperatures. Constructed with lightweight aluminum components and T7075 forged aluminum and carbon steel brackets, the kit is designed to enhance overall vehicle performance. Please note that proper suspension setup is recommended for optimal operation, and all installation should be performed in accordance with vehicle-specific requirements.
