This advanced suspension system utilizes a monotube construction, which allows for a larger piston diameter and chamber volume, resulting in a higher range of piston speeds and finer damper control across all stroke velocities. Featuring a 24-step damping force adjustment range, this kit utilizes patented Cusco needle-valves for precise adjustments. The full-length adjustment capability allows for maximum height modification without impacting spring preloads. Furthermore, the damper stroke can be adjusted independently, ensuring an ideal stroke-to-spring relationship regardless of height setting. This design enhances handling limits while maintaining a compliant ride and suspension functionality. The "Blue Springs" included are shot-peened and manufactured using advanced anti-sagging metallurgy for enhanced durability. The precision-crafted upper mounts offer standard camber adjustments or Cusco's "CC" Camber/Caster adjustable units for finer alignment tuning. McPherson strut applications benefit from an inverted piston design for superior durability and performance, and the lower bracket allows for additional camber adjustment via correction bolts. This specific kit is designed to fit the Mazda 2 Demio DJ5FS, model years 2014-2018, with the NA ZY-VE engine.
