The Memphis Audio PRX800.1V2 Power Reference amplifier delivers powerful subwoofer performance in a compact chassis, ideal for modern vehicles with limited mounting space. Redesigned for a smaller footprint, this monoblock amplifier retains strong power output, providing 800W RMS at 1 ohm, 500W RMS at 2 ohms, and 300W RMS at 4 ohms. Engineered for precise control and a high-end look, the PRX800.1V2 features an extruded aluminum heatsink for heat dissipation. Its sleek acrylic top panel with blue LED accents conceals the top-mounted controls, allowing for easy adjustments even in tight installation spaces. The amplifier includes 18dB/octave Butterworth crossovers, variable crossover controls, a variable subsonic filter, and a variable EQ bass boost (0–12dB). It also offers selectable amplifier turn-on and blue LED ground lighting. For optimal performance and current delivery, Memphis Audio recommends using their 4GKIT wiring kit.
