This system features a monotube damper constructed with a 52mm carbon seamless steel tube and a high-performance internal piston, designed to deliver maximum damper response. Its cold-bent springs, crafted from SAE9252 steel, strike an optimal balance between aggressive performance and ride comfort. The use of race-quality shock oil ensures consistent and exceptional damper performance across a wide range of temperatures, both on the track and during daily driving. Key features include front camber plates with pillow ball mounts for precise camber adjustment, 16 distinct levels of damping adjustability, and Japanese Koyo 6204Z bearings for smooth operation. The shock bodies are anodized for durability and aesthetic appeal, while the lower mounts are made from lightweight aluminum and T7075 forged aluminum or carbon steel brackets, ensuring strength without added weight. The design allows for independent adjustment of ride height and spring preload. The coilover system utilizes a 52mm carbon steel shock body with a performance internal piston and race-grade shock oil with a high viscosity index. This particular MonoSS coilover kit is compatible with Subaru WRX STI (VA2) models from 2015 to 2020, including all trims.
