Monotube Coilover Kit

This kit utilizes a monotube shock design, featuring a 52mm carbon steel shock body with a high-performance internal piston for superior damping response. The cold-bent springs, crafted from high-strength SAE9252 steel, are tuned to provide an optimal balance between responsive handling and everyday comfort, with front rates at 8 kg/mm and rear rates at 5 kg/mm. Each coilover is equipped with 16 precise levels of damping adjustment, allowing users to fine-tune their suspension for various driving conditions, from daily commuting to track day performance. The top mounts include Koyo Japan 6204z bearing pillow ball mounts for smooth operation and, on the front, camber plates for alignment adjustments. Independent adjustment of ride height and spring preload is also a key feature, allowing for personalized setup. The kit includes anodized shock bodies and lightweight aluminum lower mounts or T7075 forged aluminum/carbon steel brackets for durability and reduced weight. Installation is highly recommended to be performed by experienced professionals. Prior to installation, it is crucial to verify all hardware, ensure proper tightening, and set the spring preload to 5-10mm (1/4-3/8 inch).
