This kit features monotube dampers with 15-step adjustable damping force for both front and rear. The front spring rate is 6Kg, and the rear spring rate is 4Kg. Both front and rear utilize pillow ball top mounts for a direct handling feel and increased durability.

The Racing Gear HS-SZ53S is a full-length adjustable coilover suspension kit specifically engineered for the Suzuki Cappuccino EA11R, covering the model years 1991/11 to 1998/10. This "made in Japan" coilover kit offers a balance for both daily driving and track use. It features a monotube construction for consistent performance, with full-length adjustment to allow for ride height changes without sacrificing suspension stroke. The damping force is adjustable in 15 steps, providing versatility for tuning the suspension to your driving preferences. The front springs are rated at 6Kg, and the rear at 4Kg. Both front and rear utilize pillow ball upper mounts to deliver a precise and direct handling feel. Included with the kit are dust boots and bump rubbers to protect the damper internals from debris, enhancing durability. The suspension also incorporates nylon sheets at the spring perches to minimize friction and reduce abnormal noise. The shell cases and flanges are constructed from super-strength steel for longevity, with a corrosion-resistant plating. New cartridge assemblies are available for order, allowing for low-downtime maintenance. A 1-year warranty covers leaking units, though it excludes damage to pillow balls or noise issues. Please note that for vehicles manufactured after January 2006, ensuring compliance with Japanese safety regulations regarding minimum ground clearance for fog lamps, turn signals, and headlights is the installer's responsibility.
