This system features large 55mm shock bodies, a substantial increase over standard 20mm bodies, and an inverted front design. This inverted setup strategically positions the gas/oil chamber away from the knuckle and braking components, minimizing heat transfer and reducing un-sprung weight for a more agile feel. Constructed with a heavy-duty all-steel pillowball, these coilovers provide enhanced strength and a more direct steering response. While this robust construction can lead to slightly more audible noise, it is considered normal operation for this performance-oriented component. The GT Pro Coilover system employs a Monotube High Pressure design, which separates oil and gas internally. This construction method promotes faster, more even heat dissipation and allows for finer damping adjustments, ensuring consistent ride quality and reducing the likelihood of aeration and cavitation issues. Ksport has designed the GT Pro Coilover system for a hassle-free installation process, with engineers meticulously testing fitment, clearance, and ride height for perfect application. The coilovers offer adjustable lower mounts, enabling you to set your desired ride height without compromising shock and spring travel, thus preventing bottoming out.
