These torsion bars provide an increased spring rate, making them suitable for both daily driving and demanding off-road conditions. Key features include an increased spring rate for better handling and ride height, cold-rolled splines for enhanced durability and fit, and a tough powdercoat finish for corrosion resistance. The bars are also directionally preset and scragged to prevent sagging and fatigue over time. This specific part, TB59-1610, is designed for Diesel powered Land Cruisers from 1998 to 2007. It is crucial to note that these torsion bars are exclusively for diesel models and cannot be used on V8 gas models. Proper installation involves ensuring 2/3 suspension down travel and 1/3 up travel to guarantee a good ride quality.
