This is a 5-inch 409 stainless steel constant-diameter DPF-back exhaust system. It features a negative backpressure SideKick tip that helps lower exhaust exit temperatures by 15%. The system improves flow and cuts backpressure by 89% from the DPF and 9% at the turbine inlet, which allows the engine to produce more horsepower. It includes a huge polished-chrome or Cerakote black SideKick tip (6.5 x 7.5-inch ob-round slash-cut). The Banks' polished chrome tip is designed not to turn brown with heat. The Monster Exhaust system offers a 192% greater flow area than the stock exhaust nozzle (2.85-inch vs. 5-inch outlet). It also helps prevent trailer meltdown by directing super-heated exhaust gases to the side of the truck during regeneration. The exhaust fits trucks with aftermarket airbags.
