The Mopar 68303088AC is a 5.7L 345ci HEMI crate engine, offering the legendary performance of the GEN III HEMI V8. This complete engine assembly is rated at 383 horsepower and 417 lb.-ft. of torque, and is designed for those seeking enhanced power and reliability. It comes complete with a water pump, flywheel and clutch, front sump oil pan, intake manifold with throttle body, fuel injectors, and coil packs. Please note that exhaust manifolds are not included with this engine. Constructed with a cast iron block featuring 4-bolt powder metal caps and a 99.5mm bore, this engine utilizes a nodular iron crankshaft with a 90.9mm stroke. The aluminum heads have a hemispherical chamber design, and the valves measure 52.1mm on the intake and 39.4mm on the exhaust. The compression ratio is 10.5:1, and it's recommended to use premium fuel for optimal performance. It's important to note that this crate engine is not equipped with the Multiple Displacement System (MDS) found in some factory applications. Modifications may be required for installation in Ram trucks or other applications, and this is not a direct replacement for all factory-equipped 5.7L vehicles. Furthermore, these crate HEMI® engines are designed for installation in pre-1976 motor vehicles or competition vehicles used on tracks or off-road.
