The Nitrous Outlet Mopar 85mm 6.4L Hemi Plate System is engineered to deliver significant power gains for 6.4L Hemi engines with an 85mm throttle body. Out of the box, this wet nitrous system is ready to provide up to 200 HP, with the capability to flow up to 400 HP with the installation of additional jetting. The system includes jetting for 50, 100, 150, and 200 HP increases. Constructed with a high-flow billet aluminum plate, this system features a black anodized finish with laser-etched branding and clear fuel/nitrous labels. The plate is designed with six specifically engineered nitrous and fuel discharge ports to ensure superior atomization and even saturation of the intake charge, critical for optimal cylinder-to-cylinder distribution at higher horsepower levels. The solenoids are rated for 400+HP. For safe operation, the system incorporates a Wide Open Throttle (WOT) activation switch, ensuring the nitrous is only engaged when the engine is at full throttle. This prevents potential engine damage and lean spikes. The system is E85 compatible with different jetting. It is specifically designed to fit 6.4L Hemi intakes with an 85mm throttle body. The package includes all necessary components, jetting, hardware, and wiring for installation. This system is compatible with 2011-2023 6.4L HEMI Challenger models, as well as Charger, SRT-8 Jeep, and Chrysler 300C/SRT-8 models within the specified engine and throttle body fitment.
