This unit has undergone a comprehensive build process, starting with a complete transmission tear-down and thorough parts washing, followed by detailed inspection and measurement of all critical dimensions. Key features include an SHR OEM+ valve body, Alto Products G3 friction material, and a Kühle 7075 aluminum hub. The transmission incorporates precision steels, ZF components such as bolts, bearings, oil pump, oil pan, and VB separator plate. It also utilizes a TransTec MAX Duty seal kit. The assembly adheres to a strict process, including a full "dry" stack-up build to set friction clearance to SHR specifications, followed by a meticulous valve body tear-down, cleaning, inspection, and vacuum testing of all valves, with necessary machining or replacement. The transmission case is bead blasted before the final "wet" build.
