The Mopar LTR6IX-11, also known as NGK 6509, is an Iridium IX spark plug engineered for high-performance applications. Its construction features an iridium alloy center electrode, renowned for its extreme durability and consistently reliable ignition. This design contributes to enhanced ignitability, improved throttle response, and superior anti-fouling properties. The spark plug specifications include a 14mm thread diameter with a 1.25mm pitch and a 52.5mm insulator height. It comes with a preset gap of 1.1mm and an approximate resistor value of 5000 Ohm. For installation, Mopar provides torque specifications: 10.8-18 lb. ft. for cast iron blocks and 7.2-14.5 lb. ft. for aluminum blocks. This spark plug is suitable for various vehicles, including the 2010-2015 Chevrolet Camaro and 2011-2014 Ford F-150. It is also noted as a suitable replacement for the 6.4L Hemi engine, matching the dimensions and specifications of stock double platinum plugs. Additionally, it is mentioned as a fit for 2011+ 6.4L engines and 5.7L engines from 2003-2020.
