The Morimoto 2Banger A-Pillar LED system is a versatile lighting solution designed to provide additional light precisely where you need it. This kit includes high-performance 2Banger LED pods with your chosen beam pattern, vehicle-specific brackets for easy installation, and a switched wire harness for proper power delivery. The A-Pillar kit for the 2015-2020 Tahoe/Suburban is engineered for perfect, modification-free compatibility, aligning with pre-existing mounting points. The brackets are laser-cut from 304 stainless steel and powder-coated for durability. The 2Banger features proprietary components, with LucidShape optics optimized around Osram LEDs and thermal dynamics optimized using SolidWorks. This HXB Wide Beam model illuminates the ground directly in front of the vehicle, offering dual-axis control for width and active hotspot control for peak intensity along the top of the beam pattern. It meets SAE F regulation for safe and legal use as a fog light on public roads. The yellow output version uses phosphor-converted yellow LEDs for optimal performance in rain, snow, or fog. The product is designed for reliability with a copper DTP PCB, electroplated and powder-coated cast aluminum shell, gasket system, integrated DT power connection, and breather valves, all designed to IP69K standards for full weather resistance. The included wire harness features a triple-sealed proprietary 4-pin relay, over-molded inline fuse holder with a 20A mini fuse, DT06-2S female outputs, stainless steel power and ground terminals, and a proprietary M-Spec push-button switch with a yellow-LED backlight.
