The Morimoto 2Banger A-Pillar LED system is designed to provide additional light for off-road driving and can also function as street-legal fog lights depending on the beam pattern. The kit includes two 2Banger LED pods (available in HXB Spot, HXB Combo, HXB Wide, HXB Flood, NCS Spot, NCS Combo, and NCS Wide beam patterns), laser-cut 304 stainless steel, powder-coated mounting brackets, and a switched wire harness. The yellow-output version utilizes phosphor-converted yellow LEDs for enhanced visibility in adverse weather conditions like rain, snow, or fog. The product boasts a proprietary design, high-quality Osram LEDs, optimized thermal dynamics, and is built to IP69K weather resistance standards. The HXB Wide beam pattern, when aimed properly, complies with SAE-F regulation for on-road use as a fog light, while Spot and Combo patterns can comply with SAE J581 for auxiliary high beams.
