MORIMOTO 2BANGER DITCH LIGHT KIT: 1

The Morimoto 2Banger A-Pillar LED system provides additional lighting that can be aimed as desired, from long-range spotlights to ditch lights. The kit includes high-performance 2Banger LED pods, installation brackets, and a switched wire harness. It is designed for a modification-free installation on the 2015-2020 Ford F-150. The brackets are laser-cut from 304 stainless steel and powder-coated for durability.

Performance & Technology:
The 2Banger features proprietary components, including optics optimized with LucidShape around Osram LEDs and thermal dynamics optimized with SolidWorks. It is available in white or yellow output, and four beam patterns: Wide/Fog, Spot, Combo, and Flood.

* HXB Spot Beam: Utilizes powerful Osram LEDs and advanced optics for long-distance illumination (up to 700 meters).
* HXB Combo Beam: Provides a balance of width and distance, ideal for everyday driving in varied conditions.
* HXB Wide Beam: Illuminates the area directly in front of the vehicle with dual-axis control for width and hotspot. It meets SAE F regulation for legal fog light use.
* HXB Flood Beam: Offers broad ambient light coverage for low-speed driving, rock crawling, backup lights, or illuminating campgrounds.

Reliability & Legality:
The product is designed for reliability with a copper DTP (direct thermal path) PCB for heat transfer to a thermally optimized radiator. The cast aluminum shell is electroplated and powder-coated for corrosion resistance. The gasket system, integrated DT power connection, and breather valves meet IP69K standards for weather resistance. When aimed correctly, the Spot and Combo beam patterns comply with SAE J581 standards for auxiliary high beams. The Wide beam model is compliant with SAE-F regulation for on-road use as a fog light.

Wire Harness:
The kit includes a high-quality wire harness with a triple-sealed proprietary 4-pin relay, over-molded inline fuse holder with a 20A mini fuse, DT06-2S female outputs with dual seals, stainless steel power and ground terminals, and an M-Spec push-button switch with a Yellow-LED backlight.
