The Morimoto 2Banger A-Pillar LED system is a versatile lighting solution designed to provide targeted illumination. This kit allows users to select from various high-performance 2Banger LED pods with different beam patterns, including spot-lights for long-range visibility and ditch lights for illuminating the side of the road. The kit includes application-specific brackets for the 2015+ GMC Canyon, ensuring a perfect, modification-free installation that utilizes existing mounting points. The brackets are laser-cut from 304 stainless steel and powder-coated for exceptional durability. Each component of the 2Banger system is proprietary, with optimized thermal dynamics and advanced optics to maximize performance from lumen-dense Osram LEDs. The kit is available in white or yellow output and offers four distinct beam patterns (Wide/Fog, Spot, Combo, and Flood) to suit diverse driving needs. Morimoto prioritizes reliability, incorporating features like a copper DTP PCB for heat transfer, an electroplated and powder-coated cast aluminum shell for corrosion resistance, and a robust gasket system with integrated DT power connections and breather valves for IP69K weather resistance. The included wiring harness is equally high-quality, featuring a triple-sealed 4-pin relay, over-molded inline fuse holder, and stainless steel terminals. Certain beam patterns (Spot and Combo) comply with SAE J581 standards for auxiliary high beams, and the Wide beam model is verified-compliant with SAE-F regulation for street-legal fog light use.
