The Morimoto 2Banger A-Pillar LED system provides enhanced lighting precisely where needed. This kit offers versatility, from long-range spot-lights for high-speed driving to ditch lights for illuminating the side of the road. It includes high-performance 2Banger LED pods in a yellow spot beam pattern, installation brackets, and a switched wire harness. The brackets are laser-cut from 304 stainless steel and powder-coated for durability. Each element of the 2Banger is proprietary, optimized using LucidShape for modern, lumen-dense Osram LEDs. Thermal dynamics are optimized with SolidWorks. This specific kit features the NCS Spot Beam, which illuminates well into the distance with a highly focused 5-degree hotspot surrounded by a 14H x 4C degree flood beam, making it effective for long-range visibility. The yellow output version uses Phosphor-converted Yellow LEDs for optimal performance in rain, snow, or fog without compromising output. The 2Banger features a copper DTP (direct thermal path) PCB for maximum heat transfer to the radiator, which is optimized through thermal analysis. The cast aluminum shell is electroplated and powder-coated for flaking resistance. The gasket system, integrated DT power connection, and breather valves are designed to IP69K standards for full weather resistance. The kit includes a wire harness with a triple-sealed proprietary 4-pin relay with hanger, over-molded inline fuse holder with a 20A mini fuse, DT06-2S female outputs with dual seals, stainless steel power and ground terminals, and a proprietary M-Spec push-button switch with yellow-LED backlight.
