The Morimoto 2Banger A-Pillar LED system offers versatile lighting solutions, from long-range spot lights for high-speed driving to ditch lights for illuminating the side of the road. This A-Pillar kit for the 2020+ Silverado HD is engineered for perfect, modification-free compatibility, utilizing pre-existing mounting points. The brackets are laser-cut from 304 stainless steel and powder-coated for durability. The 2Banger pods feature proprietary components, including lumen-dense Osram LEDs and optimized thermal dynamics for superior performance. Available in white or yellow output, with various beam patterns (Wide/Fog, Spot, Combo, and Flood). The HXB Yellow Spot Beam illuminates up to 700 meters. The product prioritizes reliability with a copper DTP PCB for heat transfer, a cast aluminum shell that is electroplated and powder-coated, and an IP69K-rated gasket system with integrated DT power connection and breather valves for weather resistance. When aimed properly, the Spot and Combo beam patterns comply with SAE J581 standards for auxiliary high beams, and the Wide beam meets SAE-F regulation for fog lights. The kit includes a high-quality wiring harness with a triple-sealed 4-pin relay, a proprietary over-molded inline fuse holder (20A mini fuse), DT06-2S female outputs, stainless steel terminals, and an M-Spec push-button switch with a yellow-LED backlight.
