The Morimoto 2Banger A-Pillar LED system is a versatile lighting solution designed to provide additional light precisely where needed. It's engineered for easy installation with application-specific brackets that align with pre-existing mounting points, ensuring a modification-free setup. The brackets are laser-cut from 304 stainless steel and powder-coated for durability. The 2Banger pods feature proprietary internal components, optimized performance using LucidShape with Osram LEDs, and enhanced thermal dynamics with SolidWorks. It offers various beam patterns, including HXB Spot, HXB Combo, HXB Wide, HXB Flood, NCS Spot, and NCS Combo, with options for white or yellow output. The yellow output uses phosphor-converted yellow LEDs for effective penetration through atmospheric particles without compromising output. The system is designed for reliability with a copper DTP PCB for heat transfer and IP69K weather resistance. Certain beam patterns are also SAE J581 and SAE-F compliant for street legality.
