The Morimoto 2Banger Ditch Light Kit is a hood ditch-mounted LED lighting solution. It features high-performance 2Banger LED pods and precision-engineered brackets designed for easy, modification-free installation on the truck's hood hinges. The brackets are laser-cut from 304 stainless steel, then powder-coated for durability. The kit is compatible with Morimoto 1/2/4Banger LED pods and other leading brands. The 2Banger LED pods utilize proprietary technology with Nichia and Osram LEDs, optimized for performance, and are available in various beam patterns (Wide/Fog, Spot, Combo, Flood, and Trail) and output colors (white and phosphor-converted yellow). The yellow output is specifically designed for optimal visibility in rain, snow, or fog. The pods are built for reliability with copper DTP PCB for heat transfer, a cast aluminum shell, and IP69K-rated potted internals for weather resistance. The kit includes cable routing clips on the bracket stem for clean wiring, and an optional switched relay wire harness is available for a clean and reliable install.
