The Morimoto 2Banger A-Pillar LED system provides additional lighting, aimed precisely for various driving conditions. This kit includes high-performance 2Banger LED pods, installation brackets, and a switched wire harness. It offers an engineered, modification-free fitment for the specified Toyota 4Runner years, aligning with pre-existing mounting points. Features proprietary "LucidShape" optics optimized for Osram LEDs. Offers different beam patterns: Wide/Fog, Spot, Combo, and Flood, with two performance tiers (HXB and NCS) and white or yellow output. The HXB Yellow SAE Wide Beam is designed for optimal output in adverse weather (rain, snow, fog) and is verified compliant with the latest SAE-F regulation for on-road use as a fog light when aimed properly. Includes a robust wire harness with a triple-sealed proprietary 4-pin relay, over-molded inline fuse holder with a 20A mini fuse, DT06-2S female outputs with dual seals, stainless steel power and ground terminals, and a proprietary M-Spec push-button switch with a Yellow-LED backlight. Designed with copper DTP (direct thermal path) PCB for optimal heat transfer, a cast aluminum shell that is electroplated and powder-coated to resist flaking, and a gasket system, integrated DT power connection, and breather valves designed according to IP69K standards for full weather resistance. When properly aimed, Spot and Combo beam patterns comply with SAE J581 standards for auxiliary high beams. The Wide beam model is verified compliant with SAE-F regulation for on-road use as a fog light.
