The Morimoto 2Banger A-Pillar LED system is designed to provide versatile and high-performance lighting for the 2016-2023 Toyota Tacoma. The kit includes 2Banger LED pods, application-specific brackets for a modification-free installation, and a switched wire harness. The brackets are constructed from laser-cut 304 stainless steel with a powder-coated finish for durability. The 2Banger LED pods feature proprietary components, including Osram LEDs with optimized optics using LucidShape technology, and advanced thermal management (copper DTP PCB, SolidWorks-optimized radiator) to ensure reliability and performance. This specific kit utilizes HXB Yellow Spot Beam optics, providing a focused, long-range beam pattern capable of penetrating up to 700 meters. The yellow output is achieved using Phosphor-converted Yellow LEDs, which are highly effective in adverse weather conditions (rain, snow, fog) without compromising light output. The product is designed to meet IP69K standards for weather resistance. The included wiring harness is a high-quality unit with a triple-sealed 4-pin relay, over-molded inline fuse holder, DT06-2S female outputs, and an M-Spec push-button switch.
