MORIMOTO 2BANGER DITCH LIGHT KIT: 1

The Morimoto 2Banger A-Pillar LED system is designed to provide increased illumination, offering versatility for various driving conditions, from long-range spot-lights to ditch lights. This kit includes high-performance 2Banger LED pods, application-specific brackets, and a switched wire harness. The A-Pillar kit for the 2015-2020 Ford F-150 has undergone extensive design, prototyping, and testing to ensure perfect, modification-free compatibility with existing mounting points. The brackets are laser-cut from 304 stainless steel and powder-coated for durability.

The 2Banger features proprietary components, including optics optimized with LucidShape around Osram LEDs, and optimized thermal dynamics using SolidWorks. It is available in two performance tiers, white or yellow output, and four distinct beam patterns:
* **HXB Spot Beam**: High-intensity, long-range illumination (up to 700 meters). Uses Osram LEDs.
* **HXB Combo Beam**: Blends width and distance for medium-range illumination.
* **HXB Wide Beam**: Illuminates the ground directly in front of the vehicle with dual-axis control for width and hotspot, meeting SAE F regulation for fog lights. Considered the most effective off-road capable, on-road compliant Dual-LED pod light.
* **HXB Flood Beam**: Provides ambient light with wide coverage for low-speed driving, rock crawling, backup lights, or campground illumination.
* **NCS Spot Beam**: Good long-range visibility with a focused 5-degree hotspot and 14H x 4C degree flood beam.
* **NCS Combo Beam**: Medium-range illumination with a blend of width and distance.
* **NCS Wide Beam**: Illuminates the ground directly in front of the vehicle, drastically improving side visibility. Meets SAE standards for fog lights when aimed properly.

The white-output version is suitable for all-around visibility, while the yellow-output version uses Phosphor-converted Yellow LEDs for optimal performance in rain, snow, or fog without compromising output.
The product is built for reliability with a copper DTP (direct thermal path) PCB for heat transfer, a cast aluminum shell that is electroplated and powder-coated, and a gasket system, integrated DT power connection, and breather valves designed to IP69K standards for full weather resistance.
When aimed properly, the Spot and Combo beam patterns comply with SAE J581 standards for auxiliary high beams. The 2Banger wide beam model is verified-compliant with the latest SAE-F regulation for on-road use.
The kit includes a high-quality wire harness with a triple-sealed proprietary 4-pin relay, over-molded inline fuse holder with a 20A mini fuse, DT06-2S female outputs with dual seals, stainless steel power and ground terminals, and a proprietary M-Spec push-button switch with a yellow-LED backlight.
