The Morimoto 2Banger A-Pillar LED system is designed for the 21+ Ford F-150 to provide versatile lighting. It includes high-performance 2Banger LED pods in a yellow flood beam pattern, installation brackets, and a switched wire harness. The kit offers an engineered, modification-free fitment. The brackets are laser-cut from 304 stainless steel and powder-coated. The 2Banger features proprietary components, with Osram LEDs and optimized thermal dynamics. It comes in two performance tiers, white or yellow output, and four beam patterns (Wide/Fog, Spot, Combo, and Flood). The HXB Flood Beam provides ambient light and wide coverage for low-speed driving, rock crawling, and illuminating campgrounds. The yellow output is specifically designed for optimal performance in rain, snow, or fog, utilizing phosphor-converted Yellow LEDs. The product emphasizes reliability with a copper DTP PCB and a cast aluminum shell that is electroplated and powder-coated. The gasket system, integrated DT power connection, and breather valves are designed according to IP69K standards for full weather resistance. Certain beam patterns comply with SAE J581 for auxiliary high beams or SAE-F for fog lights when aimed properly. The kit includes a robust wire harness with a triple-sealed 4-pin relay, over-molded inline fuse holder, DT06-2S female outputs, stainless steel terminals, and a proprietary M-Spec push-button switch.
