The brackets are laser cut from 304 stainless steel and powder coated for durability. The 2Banger pods feature proprietary components, including lumen-dense Osram LEDs optimized with LucidShape and SolidWorks for thermal dynamics. This specific model features HXB Yellow SAE Wide Beam optics, which illuminate the ground directly in front of the vehicle, offering dual-axis control for width and active hotspot control. It meets the latest SAE F regulation for use as a fog light on public roads, providing a combination of width and intensity for off-road and on-road performance. The yellow output is achieved with Phosphor-converted Yellow LEDs for optimal output in rain, snow, or fog. The product emphasizes reliability with a copper DTP (direct thermal path) PCB for heat transfer, a cast aluminum shell that is electroplated and powder-coated, and a gasket system, integrated DT power connection, and breather valves designed to IP69K standards for weather resistance.
