This A-Pillar LED system provides additional lighting and is designed for a modification-free installation using pre-existing mounting points. The brackets are laser cut from 304 stainless steel, electroplated, and powder-coated for durability. The yellow output uses Phosphor-Converted Yellow LEDs for effective penetration through atmospheric particles. The lights feature a copper DTP PCB for heat transfer to a radiator, and the cast aluminum shell is electroplated before powder coating. Internals are potted, input wiring is over-molded, and the main gasket meets IP69K standards for weather resistance. It also includes cable routing clips on the bracket stem for clean wiring. The flood beam pattern is suitable for low-speed driving or illuminating campgrounds. An optional wire harness is available, featuring a triple-sealed 4-pin relay, over-molded inline fuse holder with a 20A mini fuse, DT06-2S female outputs with dual seals, stainless steel power and ground terminals, and an M-Spec push-button switch with an amber-LED backlight. Optional blackout covers are available for street legality.
